Job Description:

To lead the implementation of strategic controls related to payments and payments risk. Will manage the delivery of control program execution across operations, technology, risk and control, and all lines of defense as applicable. To ensure the program parameters are fully defined and fit for purpose. To ensure management and progress of the program is accurate, complete, on-time, and transparent to the constituent management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and articulate the execution strategy, vision, and implementation approach for strategic payment control solutions.
2. Partner with technology, intra- and inter-LoB teams, and lines of defense to synchronize execution, expose dependencies, evaluate risks, escalate issues, assess status, and report transparently to the organization.
3. Drive best practices, promote standardization and consistency for payment control solutions.
4. Identify improvements, coordinate related programs, and foster relationships as needed.
5. Ensure process and technology implementations meet operational outcomes: safe and controlled environment, efficiency through automation, client-centered evolution towards real-time operations, and functional completeness supporting product and legal views.
