Payments Programme Manager – HIRING ASAP

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 Months
Location: 2 days per week in Northampton office & 3 days per week working from home
Rate: £400 - £417 per day inside IR35

Skills:

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis within the payments domain.
• Knowledge of Payments module in Core banking systems and the ability to manage the complete payment lifecycle in banking.
• Proficiency in working within an agile environment, with good understanding of project management techniques, analytical tools, and processes.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Background in banking, payments solutions provision, or similar fast-paced/complex environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with key clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and articulate requirements from both business and technical perspectives.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders involved in your projects.
• Contribute to solution design, including proposal development, costing, and creating BRDs.
• Lead interactions with clients to gather requirements, assess impacts, and collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Work independently or as part of a team to deliver product enhancements.
• Manage the entire process from requirement gathering to delivery.
• Assist project managers with status and analysis reports regularly.
