Job summary

Modulr, a leading embedded payments platform, is seeking a paralegal/regulatory compliance professional to support the legal team in a fast‑paced environment in Greater London. You’ll assist with contracts, privacy, data protection and compliance tasks and help streamline processes.

You’ll work closely with experienced counsel on commercial, privacy and regulatory matters, contribute to ongoing improvement projects and help implement AI‑assisted workflows for recurring tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data privacy laws, including GDPR.
• Experience in paralegal, privacy or regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organisational and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the legal team across commercial, compliance and privacy matters.
• Assist with contract review, drafting and negotiation related to core services.
• Manage privacy compliance processes, including DPIAs and data subject requests.
• Support litigation activities with tracking and reporting on progress and budgets.
• Identify and drive process improvements and implement AI-assisted workflows.
