My blue chip client in the card payment space are looking for a French speaking account manager /client relationship manager (note this is not a sales role)

To be suitable, you will have strong interpersonal skills, experience of payments including card schemes, and dealing with issuers, acquirers and other networks and have good technical understanding of payments

Day to day, you will be responsible for onboarding new participants and providing operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network to network partners. You will actively manageand escalaterisk and customer-impacting issuesto management. Ideally, you will be fluent in French but they will consider Spanish or Italian.


How You’ll Do It

  1. Providesupport to large strategic clients including acquirers, network to network partners, issuers, and processors. Research complex situations and supportparticipants with operations.
  2. Supportbusiness development teams to expand acceptance. Onboardingnew franchises, issuers, acquirers, processors, and software vendors on the network. Assistwith contract negotiation and due diligence.
  3. Supportparticipants through the semi- annual release process. Manageand coordinatecertification. Ensureparticipants are in compliance with operating rules and regulations. Engageparticipants to support network initiatives.
  4. Analyzeend to end transaction processing, troubleshoots issues and acceptance complaints, and support issuer launches.
  5. Mentorteam members. Execute department initiatives. Leadthe department to ensure processes and projects are well documented to meet auditing requirements.

Hybrid work 3 days remote 2 days in office in London. Though will be flexible for very strong candidates that fit the requirement. At minimum must be able to get to office to meet clients.
