A leading payment solutions company is seeking a Payments Operational Relationship Account Manager who speaks French. This 12-month hybrid role involves managing strategic client relationships and providing operational support in the payments sector. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and technical knowledge in payment systems. Work is typically 3 days remote and 2 days in the London office.

My blue chip client in the card payment space are looking for a French speaking account manager /client relationship manager (note this is not a sales role)
To be suitable, you will have strong interpersonal skills, experience of payments including card schemes, and dealing with issuers, acquirers and other networks and have good technical understanding of payments
Day to day, you will be responsible for onboarding new participants and providing operational support to issuers, acquirers, processors, and network to network partners. You will actively manageand escalaterisk and customer-impacting issuesto management. Ideally, you will be fluent in French but they will consider Spanish or Italian.
How You’ll Do It
Hybrid work 3 days remote 2 days in office in London. Though will be flexible for very strong candidates that fit the requirement. At minimum must be able to get to office to meet clients.
(Please note that in the event you don’t have language skills, the client has another position for English only but you must havestrong Middle East and Africa experience)
