Why we need you?

We are looking for a Payments Insight Analyst to join our Central Analytics team, based in Leeds. You will be a key point of contact and analytical partner for our Payments stakeholders, providing ad-hoc and proactive analyses, and promoting an insight-driven approach to decision-making. You will work closely with other analysts within the data tribe, including Data Warehouse & Data Science, becoming the analytical expert in Payments.

  • Be the analytical partner for the wider Payments team, including commercial, strategy, and operations.
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc analysis tailored for different audiences.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of progress and discuss actions as needed.
  • Leverage our data ecosystem to deliver actionable insights supporting informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the payments team and other stakeholders to deliver Impact Analysis, Payments Reporting, Dashboard Development, and support larger projects.
Who are we looking for?
  • Knowledge or experience in the gaming industry.
  • Understanding of payments.
  • Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics) or relevant industry experience.
  • Practical experience with large datasets and analysis tools (Python, R, SQL, MicroStrategy, Looker, or similar).
  • Experience applying statistical techniques (hypothesis testing, causal impact, regression, time series analysis, etc.).
  • Ability to present and explain analysis results clearly.
  • Passion for solving problems and using data to make a difference.
