Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to fill a Senior Product Manager, Payments & Finance based in the United Kingdom. You will own the domain, shaping systems that manage credit, exposure, risk, and complex payment flows.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Product Manager or similar leadership role with end-to-end ownership.
• Strong fintech/payments focus with understanding of credit, risk and financial flows.
• Ability to translate complex financial processes into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
• Experience partnering with Engineering on technically demanding products and architecture trade-offs.
• Excellent commercial, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Risk, Engineering and other stakeholders.
• English language proficiency and ability to work with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the Payments & Finance product domain end to end, defining vision, strategy, roadmap, priorities and success metrics.
• Manage systems supporting credit lines, financial exposure, risk management and payment requirements.
• Develop scalable solutions balancing financial risk, commercial opportunities, customer needs and growth.
• Collaborate with Engineering to design, test and deliver technically complex financial products.
• Partner with Finance and Risk to translate requirements into effective product solutions.
• Simplify payment flows including virtual cards and client-specific charging rules.
• Improve ledgers, workflows, and payment operations through automation and optimization.
• Define and monitor product KPIs and financial outcomes to guide decisions.
• Make trade-offs between speed, scalability, risk, and customer experience.
• Help mature the product organization and support growth of the team.
