Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Functional knowledge of the Payments domain with end-to-end testing lifecycle.
• Experience using test automation tools to enable efficient E2E test execution.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage day-to-day priorities independently.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure complex issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify redundancies and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day E2E/UAT test team delivery, including supervision and updates.
• Provide accurate test effort estimates and clear status reporting.
• Plan and manage testing requirements aligned to the E2E test strategy.
• Facilitate daily Scrum calls and deputize for the Program Test Manager.
• Manage stakeholder expectations across scope, readiness, constraints, and timelines.
• Drive test automation opportunities and testing synergies across the project.
• Maintain team knowledge audit and coordinate upskilling.
• Elevate risks and issues to the Program Test Manager and inform impacts.
• Create, document, and execute test scenarios using BDD with Gherkin.
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Technology to enable delivery outcomes.
• Monitor and manage defects through triage, re-test, and sign-off.
