As a Client Solutions Architect within the Digital & Design team, you will support the adoption of solutions for clients with complex challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will develop Digital Channels solutions that add value to clients, track product usage, and ensure results are realized. You will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting client engagements globally across various channel functions, including client advisory, technical solutioning, and product demonstrations.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Being a Digital Solutions Specialist covering Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert across digital channels, including Online, Mobile, Host-to-Host, APIs, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Sales Teams, Corporate Bankers, and Clients to design and deliver multi-channel technical integration solutions.
  • Contribute expertise to client roundtables, strategy workshops, and white-boarding sessions.
  • Support Sales and proposal teams in responding to complex RFPs and RFIs.
  • Deliver product demos and solution presentations, both online and in-person.
  • Provide training and support on new product/channel capabilities.
  • Offer market feedback to Product Managers on functionality needs and competitive landscape.
  • Partner with product leads throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to marketing strategy and communications plans.
  • Represent the organization at client conferences and trade shows.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Highly motivated individual with a relevant business and technical background.
  • Demonstrated experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or technical Product Management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payments industry and digital channels, including Online, Mobile, Host-to-Host, EBICS, Swift and APIs.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Banking integration aspects of ERP and TMS platforms.
  • Ability to articulate customer needs and turn requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and cross-functional partners.
  • Degree and/or relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Proven executive management presentation skills and experience leading technology demonstrations.
  • Experience with technical standards across payments and cash management domains.
  • German (and additional European) language skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills.
