The MISSION Group is seeking a detail-oriented Payments Assistant for a 12-month FTC at our North Devon offices in Filleigh. You will support the Payments team by processing payment requests, maintaining records and ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time.
This hybrid role involves liaising with suppliers, assisting with month-end activities, and helping manage cashflow reporting. Experience in accounts payable or payments administration and knowledge of Excel are desirable.

The Accounting Services Team are a part of the centralised shared services based across several locations in the UK, US and Asia. We are made up of over thirty staff supporting the UK and overseas Agencies covering all aspects of finance, from day-to-day accounting to the preparation of group submissions and dealing with new acquisitions and their integration into the Group.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Payments Assistant to support the Payments team in processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring suppliers are paid correctly and on time. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of payment transactions, acting as a key point of contact for supplier relationship management, including financial administration and mailbox management.
This position is based in Filleigh, North Devon. Public transport is limited and you may be required to travel to other sites within the Group, so a driving licence would be beneficial.
