Role Overview

As a Payment Services Adviser, you'll support the Payment Services Team in achieving operational objectives and delivering high-quality, cost-effective services.

This is a hybrid role, based 2 days a week in our Leeds office.

Benefits
  • Salary up to £28,000
  • Bonus scheme - on target bonus of 7.5%
  • Pension scheme - contribute up to 5%, with Openwork matching an additional 5%

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in processing income attributable to financial advisers
  • Allocate income received to business submissions
  • Process income according to company procedures
  • Investigate unallocated transactions and resolve as needed
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support reporting and analysis
  • Provide training on submission requirements and reporting systems
  • Analyze submission errors and queries to support adviser engagement
  • Contribute to process and policy development
  • Foster positive customer relationships
Candidate Requirements
