Role Overview:
As a Payment Operator, you will be responsible for managing the back office operations of our payment processes. You will support the front office—led by our FX trader—by ensuring that all transactions are processed, reconciled, and documented accurately. Your role also includes providing customer support and collaborating with engineering and product teams to implement operational improvements.
