LibertyBlume, part of Liberty Global, is seeking a Senior Manager of Payment Operations based in Bradford for a 15-month maternity cover. You will drive end-to-end payment processes, lead Sunrise P2P activities, and partner with Transformation, Technology and Finance teams to deliver enhanced, compliant processing and strong customer service.

You will manage a high-performing team, deliver improvements, and ensure SLAs/KPIs are met while promoting career development and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced AP/AR environment with timely delivery.
• Strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders up to Exec level.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives within Payment Operations.
• Oversee Sunrise P2P invoice processing and query management.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Resolve high-profile customer escalations and drive process improvements.
