Payman Club is looking for a Housekeeper/Receptionist (TKH112)

Part-time hours

3 to 4 nights per week Fri- Sat- Sun

Flexible days and weekends availability is required

4pm to 9-10pm

Tasks

  • Ensure properties are maintained and presented to the highest standard, making guests feel like they are the first to stay at the property and ensuring they have a comfortable, enjoyable stay.
  • Conduct check-out inspections and report issues.
  • Estimate cleaning hours and manage supplies.
  • Perform housekeeping duties: replacing linens, towels, emptying trash, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning rooms and public areas.
  • Transport linens and restock areas with clean linens.
  • Maintain gardens and paved areas, ensuring they are tidy and weed-free.
  • Ensure building security and detect guest needs.
  • Serve guests and handle communication requirements.
  • Manage check-in/check-out processes and update bookings and payments.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally.
  • Oversee maintenance and repairs, place supply orders, and set up breakfast service.

Requirements

  • Listening skills, communication, proactivity, attention to detail, enthusiasm, organization, sense of humor, friendly manner.
  • Authorisation to stay/work in the UK, ID Card, Proof of Address.
