Copello Global Ltd, working with a growing technology business in RF, microwave and satellite communications, is hiring a Payload Product Assurance Engineer to own product assurance across space payload hardware. You will work across design, development, manufacturing and delivery, ensuring ECSS/ESA/NASA standards are met and quality is built in from the outset.

Competenze

• Proven experience in product assurance and quality across regulated environments.
• Understanding of ECSS/ESA/NASA standards.
• Ability to lead non-conformance resolution and preventive actions.

Mansioni

• Take lead on product assurance across space payload and hardware programmes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant customer, regulatory and industry standards (ECSS, ESA and NASA).
• Work with engineering, manufacturing and test teams to embed quality from design through delivery.
• Support selection and qualification of space-grade electronic components and materials.
• Review and approve quality plans, manufacturing records, non-conformance reports and release documentation.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions where quality issues arise.
• Lead or contribute to Non-Conformance Review Boards (NRBs).
• Provide product assurance input into design reviews, manufacturing readiness reviews, customer meetings and programme gates.
• Track quality performance, process capability and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain configuration control, product traceability and associated quality records.
• Support supplier quality activities, including material and process compliance.
