We are looking for aGlobal Payer Headneurodegeneration who ispassionate, agile, and strategicto join us in ourGlobal Payer Portfolioteam, ideally based in ourUCB Headquarters inBrussels, Belgium,UK office in Slough, UK, orAtlanta, USA.

About the role

You will be leading a team that is responsible for delivering robust HTA & Payer strategies (access, price, policy & RWE) for an asset in late stages of development and into launch. This role is critical in shaping and strengthening our impact and leadership in the field of neurodegeneration.

Who you’ll work with

You will be part of the Asset Team and leading the neurodegeneration global HTA & Payer sub-team. You will collaborate with key functions to bring payer insight, strategic thinking, and technical expertise to all aspects of access, pricing, evidence, and healthcare policy strategy. As an Asset Team member, you will contribute to the delivery of the global asset strategy and total evidence package.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the neurodegeneration global HTA & Payer sub-team.
  • Develop and execute global access, pricing, payer evidence, and policy strategies as an important pillar of the global asset strategy.
  • Coordinate and consolidate payer-related input to support resourcing proposals and decisions.
  • Ensure alignment of access and pricing assumptions with the target product profile.
  • Champion UCB’s leadership in equitable access and policy in the asset’s therapeutic area.
  • Act as a key partner and thought leader to the Asset Team and Global Payer Portfolio Community.

  • Educated to at least MD, PharmD, or graduate level in life sciences or economics; PhD and MBA preferred.
  • Significant experience in designing global/regional price & access strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills at various levels across the organization.
  • Strong understanding of international and cultural differences.
