We're looking for an enthusiastic Pay Systems Administrator (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll - ECP) to join our Enterprise Business Services (EBS) as we embark on an exciting transformation journey to redefine our role as a premier provider of efficient and effective services across National Grid.
We are revamping our end-to-end processes to ensure top-notch service delivery to our internal teams and external partners worldwide and you will play a vital role in the daily configuration, testing, and enhancement of our payroll applications. While collaborating with People Support teams, IT, Global Product Owners, and other key stakeholders you will be translating business needs and requirements, supporting with implementation of regulatory changes and audit requirements, as well as enhancements and fixes to drive the efficiency of the solution.

This role will be based out of our Warwick office, and you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home. Occasional travel to the US be required for training and project activities.

A competitive salary of up to £48,000-£58,000 dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
