Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven PPC Manager to lead our paid media efforts across national and local campaigns, impacting 63 clinics and 17 referral hospitals. This role involves developing strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance to support growth and pet care excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and refine PPC strategies for local and national campaigns.
  2. Manage and optimize campaigns across Google platforms including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
  3. Build scalable PPC account structures across our network.
  4. Forecast and allocate media spend based on demand and trends.
  5. Track performance and report insights regularly.
  6. Test and refine keywords, ads, targeting, and bids.
  7. Explore new PPC channels and tools.
  8. Align PPC with broader digital efforts like SEO and content.
  9. Run B2B campaigns to enhance vet-to-vet referrals.
  10. Monitor KPIs and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates are experienced PPC marketers comfortable in fast-paced environments, managing multiple locations and campaigns, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max).
  • Experience with multi-brand campaigns.
  • Knowledge of budget management, bid strategies, keywords, and conversion tracking.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Ads Editor.
  • Ability to create reports and dashboards using Looker Studio or Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Background in healthcare, veterinary, or service industries.
  • Experience managing PPC in multi-location settings or agencies.
  • Knowledge of paid social and programmatic platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO and landing page testing.
  • Passion for pet health or animal welfare is a plus.
