**Key Responsibilities:**

• Review project documentation, meet with clients, and inspect sites to understand project requirements.
• Develop work plans, estimate costs, and draft proposals including materials, labor, and timelines.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project plans, safety protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience or knowledge of asphalt paving.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and navigate building codes.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.

**Work Environment:**
Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, with exposure to uneven terrain, weather, and heavy equipment.
