Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Joiner to join a well-established manufacturing business at its Ibstock site. You will work on pattern making and mould creation for the cast stone industry in a bench joinery setting with a skilled team and modern equipment.

The role is temp-to-perm with regular days (08:00–16:00 initially, moving to 06:00–14:00 after training), with overtime paid at premium rates. Starting salary offered and immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a joiner with mould/pattern making background.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD data.
• Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret plans and CAD data to determine pattern and mould specifications.
• Build patterns and moulds from wood in bench joinery environment.
• Layout, measure and mark patterns to meet stock material dimensions.
• Assemble components using fasteners, glue and dowels; operate machinery.
