Overview

We are an award-winning gluten-free artisan bakery based in Chiswick and Borough Market, known for our hand-crafted breads, cakes, and patisserie — all made from scratch using organic flours and no gums.

Role

We’re looking for an experienced pâtissier / baker with a passion for high-quality, handmade baking. This is a hands-on role in a small but creative kitchen where attention to detail and consistency really matter.

What you’ll be doing

• Producing gluten-free artisan breads, patisserie and cakes
• Creating seasonal products (both sweet and savoury)
• Maintaining excellent kitchen hygiene and organisation
• Collaborating closely with our small team to keep production smooth across both sites

About you

• Strong background in bakery or patisserie (ideally fine-dining or artisan)
• Passionate about product quality and innovation
• Reliable, hard-working and able to work independently

Pay: £20 per hour

Hours: 6 days a week (minimum 8 hours per day)

Location: Chiswick W4 + Borough Market SE1
