This is a fixed-term position of 9 months. The shift pattern is 5 days over 7, including weekends and public holidays, with shifts of 7.5 hours between 08:30 and 21:30.
This secondment opportunity is suitable for an experienced Healthcare Support Worker eager to develop skills and competencies in community care. The post involves supporting the District Nursing team in delivering high-quality, culturally sensitive nursing care to adults in their homes within Renfrewshire HSCP. The role requires working collaboratively with the team, implementing care programs, and contributing to health improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will work towards completing local competency frameworks and mandatory induction standards. Flexibility is essential as the role covers a large geographical area, supporting patients in their home environments.
