About the Role

Vida Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for a reliable, hardworking patient support team member to join our experienced team on a part or full-time basis. This role involves covering shifts anytime between 8am - 6:30pm, split into morning and afternoon sessions. The hours can be discussed at interview, so please apply.

Full training will be provided. The position is multi-site, and it is essential that the candidate can work across all locations. Candidates need good communication skills, be well-spoken, approachable, enthusiastic, and capable of multitasking.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a professional and effective receptionist service to patients.
  • Providing telephone and face-to-face access for booking, canceling, and checking appointments, handling customer queries calmly and accurately under pressure.
  • Supporting patients with problems or complaints.
  • Undertaking basic prescription administration training and answering queries in the absence of prescription team colleagues.
  • Engaging in customer service processes and policies to ensure high-quality service standards.
  • Participating in training for personal and professional development.
  • Performing other relevant duties, including projects, as agreed with the senior receptionist.
