We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Patient Support Co-ordinator to join our Cancer Services team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and booking Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy, Haematology appointments, ensuring that treatment schedules which are often complex, and time-sensitive are managed with accuracy and care. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth flow of patients through the wards, working closely with ward clerks, consultants, nursing staff, secretaries, and patients themselves.
This is a patient-facing role involving both telephone and in-person communication, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding administrative and customer service support. Strong attention to detail is essential, as any scheduling errors can disrupt carefully planned treatment regimes. The position carries a high level of responsibility and offers the rewarding opportunity to build relationships with patients and be an integral part of their cancer care journey.
