The role involves various reception and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be organized and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking to recruit a Patient Services Receptionist / Administrator to join our Patient Services Support Team. We are looking for someone who is organised, likes working as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment. You will be the first point of contact to patients attending the practice and via Telephone. The role involves providing a variety of reception and administrative patient facing functions, including telephone answering, dealing with patient medical record management, processing prescriptions, scanning, word processing and managing patient queries.
