Pay Grade: 12

Reports To: Director

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in City, State.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish goals and oversee implementation of patient food services based on medical direction and patient needs.
  2. Hire, direct, coach, train, and develop team members.
  3. Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and meet patient preferences within diet guidelines.
  4. Help achieve patient satisfaction goals.
  5. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, confidentiality, HIPAA, and patient rights.
  6. Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree with one year of experience in food services or related field, or bachelor's degree in food service management or related field.
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian.
  • Minimum one year of food service management experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
  • ServSafe certification desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and diet management systems.
