Care Fertility Cheshire is hiring a Patient Services Executive to be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a compassionate and expert experience throughout their fertility journey.

The role involves close collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to deliver seamless care and reflect our values of compassion, collaboration, and expertise. The position offers training within a rewarding healthcare setting and opportunities to make a meaningful impact on patients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• NHS background is highly desirable, especially with the use of NHS systems and processes (2 years experience desirable)
• Strong administrative skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and compassion in every interaction.
• A proactive and supportive approach with a focus on delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and ensure compassionate, expert, and seamless care throughout their fertility journey.

We are looking for a Patient Services Executive to join our team at Care Fertility Cheshire. In this vital admin-based role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert, and seamless care throughout their fertility journey. You will also work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values.

Key details:

Location: Care Fertility Cheshire, Red Brow Lane, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4 4GE, with an expectation of occasional travel to Care Fertility Liverpool, 8 Princes Parade, Pier Head, Liverpool, L3 1DL to cover annual leave or sickness.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 8am-6pm depending on shift (1 in 5 Saturdays on a rota basis).
