Job summary

Care Fertility Northampton is seeking a Patient Services Executive to be the friendly first point of contact for patients, providing compassionate, expert, and seamless care throughout their fertility journey.

You will collaborate with clinical and administrative teams, handling a range of admin tasks while upholding the company values of compassion, collaboration and care. The 15-month fixed-term contract offers training and development in a rewarding healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting.
• NHS background is highly desirable, especially with the use of NHS systems and processes (2 years experience desirable)
• Strong administrative skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to show empathy and compassion in every interaction.
• A proactive and supportive approach, with a focus on delivering excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Patient Services Executive to join our team at Care Fertility Northampton on a 15-month Fixed Term contract. In this vital admin-based role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert, and seamless care throughout their fertility journey. You will also work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values.

Key Details

Location: Care Fertility Northampton, 67 The Avenue, Cliftonville, Northampton, NN1 5BT

Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 8am - 6pm depending on shift (1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis).

Contract: 15-month Fixed-Term
