To support the safe and effective delivery of patient care across four GP practices by providing high-quality clinical administrative support, with a particular focus on long-term condition (LTC) recalls, routine and scheduled testing, rota coordination, and enhanced service activity. This is an expansion role within a strong, established centralised team, created to support increasing workload and maintain high standards of patient care and operational performance.
