You’ll be joining our Patient Servicesdepartmentwithin our office called the Support Centre, which is in Greater Manchester (M26 1GG).

We have 2 permanent, 16 hour roles.

Position 1:

Monday and Thursday - 8-12pm

Tuesday and Wednesday - 1-5pm

Position 2:

Friday - 8-12pm

  • Full training and support provided working alongside and experienced team.
  • You will benefit from free onsite parking and Kearsley train station is just a short walk away
  • With an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days)

Your future, your role
As a Patient Services Advisor, you'll be:

  • The first line of contact for practices and answer calls received by patients within the designated KPI’s
  • Ensuringthat all appointments are booked/amended/cancelled accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures
  • Building effective and successful working relationships with the practice teams to ensure that practice and patient problems are resolved quickly.
  • Providingassistance and advice to patients within the designated scope of training provided.
  • Providing help, support and excellent customer service to patients

You will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident IT user with experience of working with Microsoft Office
  • Be hard working with a professional and proactive attitude.
