Job Position: Clinic Assistant

Responsibilities: • Attend to inbound calls/emails and assist with enquires • Make outbound calls to patients and clinics to facilitate bookings • Co-ordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced • Submit insurance claims • Arrange bookings and help with registrations of patients • Assist with the issuance of tax invoices • Concierge customers from & to directions of X ray/MRT/taxi stand/clinic • Support sales & marketing activities and compile statistics • Assist with other ad-hoc admin duties such as faxing and/or filing • Any other duties as and when assigned by the Management

Requirement: • Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Levels • Speaks fluent English. • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service oriented & positive attitude towards learning
