Due to the nature of our patients, all staff are issued personal alarms for safety and carry keys while on duty.

The post holder needs a flexible approach to work, with the ability to prioritize and work independently. Your duties include handling correspondence, monitoring telephone inquiries, providing information, processing patient admissions and discharges, updating and maintaining the patient database, and resolving queries. You will undertake office duties such as diary management, message handling, mail processing, document production, typing, photocopying, filing, and general administration.

You will support clinical staff to ensure data is accurately recorded onto RIO, adhering to data quality and timeliness requirements as per Trust standards.
