An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Patient Safety Team for a Patient Safety Learning Response Lead to support how the Trust identifies, analyses and shares learning from patient safety events. The postholder will work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical teams, using subject matter expertise to interpret findings and contribute to recommendations that strengthen organisational learning and patient safety.
The postholder will also support the development of a positive, restorative and learning‑focused culture, producing learning bulletins, safety alerts and contributing to patient safety policy and guidance, including PSIRF‑related documents.
