The Role

We're looking for an experienced Patient Recruitment Manager to join our Site Operations team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for managing the daily activities of our patient recruitment and retention programs, serving as the main point of contact for clients, and leading project teams to success. You will be a key player in ensuring the high-quality execution of our services and driving enrollment for clinical research sites worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage and lead patient recruitment and retention programs from start to finish, including project setup, delivery, and close-out.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage internal project teams and contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and oversee effective recruitment and retention strategies for various therapy areas, monitoring performance and adapting plans as needed.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, invoicing, and vendor quotes.

This role is based at least 3 days per week from our offices in Letchworth.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Extensive experience in clinical trials with a strong understanding of GCP/ICH regulations. Expertise in developing and managing patient recruitment and retention strategies is essential.
  • Education: A degree or higher in a biological science is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational, communication, and presentation skills. You must be able to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work with various stakeholders on multi-regional projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
