The successful candidate will coordinate patient journeys, ensure quality care standards, and manage administrative systems. Familiarity with NHS systems is a plus. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, quality-driven Patient Pathway Coordinator to join our busy and dynamic Elective Pathways team.
We are seeking individuals with excellent attention to detail and the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels. The ideal candidate will maintain high standards, manage and prioritize their workload, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy working as part of a team.
It is desirable that candidates are familiar with NHS patient administration systems and have a working knowledge of local and national access targets.

Please note that while this post is based at Rochdale Infirmary, there is an opportunity to work from home. However, occasional travel across NCA sites may be required.
