You will support the CAT in the delivery of a patient-focused service, and be responsible for the processing of general admin duties, answering the telephones to patients, other healthcare providers and internal staff, scheduling of appointments, processing of clinic letters and other administrative duties.

This post benefits from previous experience of delivering high levels of customer/patient service, working within an administrative environment, preferable experience within the NHS but this is not essential, using multiple computer systems and managing data (electronic and paper based).
