Position: Patient Monitoring Modality Leader, PMLS - EU

EU Work Permit Required: Yes

This role reports to the EUROPE PMLS Modality Manager and requires frequent interaction with headquarters, marketing, clinical marketing, sales, partners, customers, and other cross-functional teams. Travel within Europe is necessary.

Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the expert for all Patient Monitoring solutions, supporting product support and responding to clinical/technical questions.
  2. Develop and maintain high product knowledge and competitive awareness.
  3. Differentiate Mindray products by conveying value propositions and presenting solution proposals.
  4. Develop business and launch plans for new products and oversee their implementation in the regions.
  5. Coordinate marketing activities for designated projects to meet goals within deadlines.
  6. Provide regular feedback to upstream teams and contribute to R&D.
  7. Support local sales teams and dealers, executing strategies and identifying new opportunities.
  8. Train sales teams on strategy and product offerings.
  9. Manage pricing strategies and ensure compliance.
  10. Estimate delivery dates and coordinate with customers and internal teams for seamless installation.
  11. Represent the company at trade events and congresses.
  12. Support regional sales efforts to close opportunities and meet targets.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in sales and marketing within the healthcare industry, specifically in Patient Monitoring.
  • Clinical and product expertise in Patient Monitoring solutions.
  • Experience in sales support and training.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
  • Leadership qualities, optimism, approachability, and humility.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Legal right to work in the country without sponsorship.
