Job Type: Full-time
Start Date: 18 January 2027
At The Doctor's Clinic, we believe visiting your GP should feel calm, welcoming and genuinely personal.
We're building a modern private medical practice that combines outstanding clinical care with exceptional service. Our patients choose us because they value time, continuity, expertise and an experience that feels more like a luxury hotel than a traditional waiting room.
We're looking for an exceptional Patient Experience Coordinator to become the face of our clinic.
This isn't a traditional receptionist role.
You'll be responsible for creating an outstanding patient experience from the moment someone contacts us, while also helping us grow through social media, patient engagement and marketing initiatives.
If you thrive on delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy creating content and take pride in making every detail perfect, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work directly with our doctors and leadership team to ensure every patient interaction reflects our premium standards.
No two days are the same.
One moment you'll be welcoming patients into our beautiful clinic, the next you'll be filming an Instagram Reel with one of our doctors or helping organise a patient education event.
You'll become one of the most important members of our team.
