Prenuvo is seeking a Patient Liaison for our flagship clinic in London, UK. You will be the welcoming face, ensuring a warm, professional, and polished experience for patients as they enter the clinic and throughout their visits.

The role is 100% on-site, with a 40-hour week and potential for varied hours including weekends. Prior healthcare customer service experience is preferred, and visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in customer service, preferably healthcare.
• Strong communication and empathy.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Check-in, registration, and check-out; verify documents.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Follow up on patient requests and post-scan support.
