Job summary

Colosseum Dental UK Ltd seeks a part‑time Patient Co‑Ordinator for Firs Dental Clinic in Birstall. You will be based on reception, coordinating patient appointments in collaboration with nurses and dentists to support smooth clinic flow and health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK; DBS check may be required.
• Experience in reception and appointment coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Based on reception, you will facilitate patient appointments while collaborating with nurses and dentists to support the running of diaries and reduce wasted space.
• Lead the diary to optimise appointment availability and growth opportunities for the practice.

We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Patient Coordinator to join our busy reception desk at our Firs Dental Clinic, Birstall.

This 6 surgery practice offers general dentistry and hygiene as well a full range of specialisms to NHS and private patients. The practice has a fantastic, longstanding team, close local amenities and offers nearby off road parking.

Your role will be pivotal in leading our core purpose of improving people’s lives and will be directly responsible for facilitating appointments for patients to improve their oral health and in turn, overall health.

As a Patient Co-Ordinator you will be based on reception and collaborate with nurses and dentists to support the running of patient appointments while reducing wasted space in the diary which could have been offered to someone in the local community. You will also be encouraged to look for opportunities to grow the practice’s potential.

Hours:Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 08:45 - 13:00 and Wednesday - 08:45 - 18:15
