Colosseum Dental UK Ltd offers a Patient Coordinator role at Rodney Dental Clinic in Cheltenham on a 6 month fixed term contract. We seek someone positive, approachable and people-focused who enjoys building relationships, supporting patients and being part of a great team.

You will work closely with nurses and dentists to schedule appointments, optimise diary efficiency and help improve our patients' oral health and overall wellbeing in a friendly, patient-centred environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead appointment coordination with nurses and dentists to optimise the patient diary.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Coordinator to join our busy Rodney Dental Clinic in Cheltenham, on a 6 month fixed term contract, someone positive, approachable and people-focused who loves building relationships, supporting patients and being part of a great team.

This 5 surgery practice features modern treatment rooms and offers a wide range of dental services including implants, general dentistry, cosmetic treatments and restorative care . The practice has a welcoming, supportive, and dedicated team where every member of staff plays an important role in delivering exceptional patient care.

Your role will be pivotal in leading our core purpose of improving people’s lives and will be directly responsible for facilitating appointments for patients to improve their oral health and in turn, overall health.

As a Patient Coordinator you will collaborate with nurses and dentists to support the running of patient appointments while reducing wasted space in the diary which could have been offered to someone in the local community. You will also be encouraged to look for opportunities to grow the practice’s potential.
