Job summary

Colosseum Dental UK Ltd is seeking a Patient Coordinator for our busy Norwood Dental Clinic, joining a 5-surgery practice near Tulse Hill and West Norwood stations. The role focuses on booking patient appointments and coordinating with nurses and dentists to maintain an efficient reception area.

Hours include Mon 14:00–19:15, Tue 14:00–19:15, Wed 14:00–17:00, Sat 08:45–17:30; flexible arrangements possible. Competitive pay and a range of employee benefits are offered.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Patient Coordinator to join our busy reception team at our Norwood Dental Clinic.

This 5 surgery practice offers general dentistry and hygiene to NHS and private patients and has a fantastic, longstanding team and close to Tulse Hill and West Norwood stations.

Your role will be pivotal in leading our core purpose of improving people’s lives and will be directly responsible for facilitating appointments for patients to improve their oral health and in turn, overall health.

As a Patient Coordinator you will collaborate with nurses and dentists to support the running of the reception area including patient appointments while reducing wasted space in the diary which could have been offered to someone in the local community. You will also be encouraged to look for opportunities to grow the practice’s potential.

Hours: Monday 14.00 - 19.15, Tuesday 14.00 - 19.15, Wednesday 14.00 - 17.00 & Saturday 08.45 - 17.30 (applications also welcome if you are flexible on working hours and we can also split the days of the role)
