Your mission

  • To proactively engage with patient users during onboarding and support their engagement with the Huma platform.
  • To ensure patient users benefit by using the Huma app to its full extent, enabling hospital care at home and accessing educational materials.
  • To develop a successful and supportive partnership with our live sites and clinical users to support patient engagement.
  • To support and inform Huma’s ongoing work to hear and respond to user feedback to drive improvements.
  • To be an ambassador for Huma by working directly with users and embodying our values.

From day one in this role, we’ll expect you to have

  • Over three years of customer-facing experience, preferably in healthcare with patients.
  • Transferable skills and relevant experience supporting user engagement with digital tools.
  • Strong customer interaction skills focused on improving experience and engagement.
  • Excellent people skills with a passion for helping others and building relationships.
  • A solution-driven mindset to identify problems early and suggest solutions.
  • Desire and drive to support our mission of creating a world where everyone lives their fullest life.

It’s great, but not required, for you to have

  • Experience working within a digital company in customer support/success.
  • Experience working in healthcare with patients/users.
