Location: This role will be based within our Solihull cluster, which involves working across multiple sites, including Birmingham, Coventry, Worcester and Leicester.

Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

About you:
You will assist in providing an efficient, friendly and professional service to our patients and following all in house processes to maintain our service levels. This includes scheduling and re-scheduling appointments, contacting and arranging transport for patients and being the first point of contact for patients coming into the service.
