AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Policy & Advocacy Manager, R&I in Cambridge, UK. You will craft patient-centered policy strategies and lead advocacy programs to improve access to innovative medicines and high-quality care.

You will partner with patient groups, policymakers and health leaders, translating lived experience into policy positions and engaging across global and regional teams to influence reform and address inequities.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient advocacy, public affairs, policy campaigning or healthcare policy.
• Ability to translate patient needs into policy positions and practical recommendations.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder programmes and partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver patient-centred policy and advocacy strategies.
• Build partnerships with patient groups and external stakeholders.
• Design campaigns for policymakers and regulators; prepare briefs and responses.
• Translate patient insights into policy narratives and engagement plans.
• Monitor policy developments and provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across global, regional and country teams.
• Ensure governance, risk management and compliant engagement.
