Job summary

Boots Healthcare Logistics is seeking a Driver to deliver and collect medicines to care homes, patients at home, GP surgeries and Boots stores on an allocated route. You will drive a Boots-provided vehicle with a pre-planned routing handheld device, ensuring timely, safe deliveries and high service levels.

You will build strong relationships with store teams and healthcare partners, follow health and safety standards, and maintain your vehicle. A genuine customer‑focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of driving experience.
• Able to read and interpret delivery routes.
• Comfortable using new technology and handheld devices.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and communication.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to new situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect medicines to care homes, patients at home, GP surgeries and Boots stores on a planned route.
• Maintain safety, follow health and safety policies and operate a handheld device for routing.
• Build relationships with store teams and healthcare partners.
• Keep vehicle clean, report any damage or issues promptly.
