Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

We are recruiting experienced Patient Care – Sales Advisors for our Contact Centre in Glasgow city center.

Core responsibilities include:

• Engaging with patients post-surgery consultation, discussing vision correction options.
• Providing clear guidance, addressing concerns, and overcoming objections.
• Managing your diary, scheduling follow-up calls, and booking appointments.
• Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and trust with patients.
• Accurately recording patient information and handling queries promptly.
• Collaborating with medical and administrative teams for a seamless patient experience.
