A leading medical practice in Newport Pagnell seeks patient navigators to enhance their team. This part-time role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to aid patients and manage multiple administrative tasks in a busy environment. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided.
Newport Pagnell Medical Centre is looking to recruit patient navigators to further expand our team. We are looking for patient navigators to join our busy practice team and help make a positive impact on our local community on a part time basis for 22 hours per week, over 4 days, between Monday and Friday. You will also be required to cover Saturday morning shifts on a rota basis.
We offer a comprehensive training programme to all our patient navigators, where you will initially receive 1-1 training, followed by ongoing support from your trainer and team leaders.
Some flexibility is required, as you will sometimes need to work additional or alternative hours to cover for colleagues.
Our practice is rated as "outstanding" by the CQC and we have a patient list size of 21,500+, with excellent premises in the town of Newport Pagnell and good transport links to Milton Keynes and the M1 motorway.
