Job description

If you are looking for a role where you can demonstrate your sales and customer care prowess, then this is the perfect role for you!

The main purpose of the role is to help patients through their journey from the first contact to ongoing aftercare. You will work with other coordinators to ensure booking targets are met while delivering excellent patient care.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Answering queries on the phone
  • Booking surgical appointments and consultations
  • Invoicing patients for deposits and surgery balances
  • Updating all records on the patient database
  • Achieving monthly targets and KPIs
  • Completing all administration tasks
  • Selling a variety of related products
  • Shifts: 08:00-16:30, 08:30-17:00, 09:00-17:30, and 09:30-18:00

You will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in consumer services with a proven track record of hitting KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
