Job summary

Professional PT is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and to ensure a smooth and exceptional patient experience.

You will greet and check in patients, collect payments, manage appointments, answer calls, and maintain accurate records as part of a compassionate, team-based environment committed to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software systems.

Responsibilities
