About the role

Cora Health and Health and Healthshare have come together as one organisation – Cora Health – combining our decades of experience in providing healthcare services on behalf of the NHS. We are looking for individuals who have a background in customer service and some contact centre and call handling experience. We call our Customer Service colleagues Patient Care Advisors or PCAs for short. Patient Care Advisors are an invaluable part of the Cora Health service. The service helps people who are experiencing MSK (musculoskeletal) conditions, guiding patients through options for their care and providing support for those who need assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to access services. We want to make a person\'s care as straightforward as possible, by providing one point of contact as close to their home as we can.

Responsibilities
  • Warm, friendly and professional colleagues who want to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
  • You\'ll be energetic, flexible with a can do approach and good IT skills.
  • You\'ll be passionate about understanding patient needs and helping resolve their queries over the telephone.
  • You\'ll have previous experience of delivering great customer service. Experience of working in a contact centre and healthcare would be an advantage.
  • You\'ll be available to work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:30 and 17:00.
What we can offer you
  • Great shift patterns; no weekends, bank holidays or late shifts
  • Wellness Support: Access a suite of health support tools and an employee assistance program for your well-being
  • Performance Awards: Excel in your objectives and be rewarded for your hard work
  • Savings and Support: Blue Light and Healthcare Services discounts and employer pension contributions
  • Cora Academy: Access a wide range of bespoke learning opportunities
  • Team Building: Join in on team-building and away days
  • We are Cora Health: Cora is a leading provider of community healthcare services in the UK, delivering MSK services, diagnostic imaging, day-case surgery, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, podiatry, persistent pain management, mental health, orthopaedics and rheumatology services

We want everyone to have the opportunity to thrive. We help people help themselves, to get back to their best or to simply find a new way forward.

Note: Previously unsuccessful applicants within 6 months will not be considered. Candidates need to be able to attend the office in Newcastle 3 out of 5 days per week.
